proboards v5.
the dyathiel dynasty.
in a universe parallel to that of earth lies a kingdom called dyathiel. this kingdom is made up of only animals, the animals which reign dominant over all others within this plane of reality. these animals are the wolves-- every breed of these wild canines that ever existed on earth exists here. extinct to earth or not.
however, the wolves of dyathiel are not exact to the wolves of earth; unlike the wolves of earth, the wolves of dyathiel can experience emotions uncannily similar to those of the humans and they can speak fluently. that said, the main source of communication in dyathiel is spoken words, rather than small, behavioral constructs passed down through generations and generations of lineages. though this is true, dyathieans still communicate with the behavior of wolves. however, their main language is made up of words from the english language.
now, the wolves of dyathiel are not able to forge buildings from stone or make armor from iron and steel-- no, they live like normal wolves of earth. for the most part, anyway.
ruins of buildings from past creatures called "kalavons" who had human like bodies and were competent enough to create beautiful, towering structures for their own advancement are left behind. however, these creatures soon died out after an age of sheer winter, a time so cold that most died from starvation or hypothermia. some of the animals of this world survived this age of ice, however. they made their way through the years of depression, the years of shivering just to create a bit of heat, and the years of huddling together to share warmth with their kin and children.
the wolves survived this age of winter and moved on to form packs, cliques, and communities of themselves. however, with the presence of human emotions, the wolves formed impressions of each other that did not always turn out to be the best-- the females were the ones who ended out on the bottom of things, viewed by the men to be pathetic creatures that only should be used for their own entertainment. in a gradual turn-out, the males ended up ruling over the females and often taking them as captives and slaves, only used for their own profit.
the females, helpless, have formed together to begin bringing about a rebellion, creating secret societies to plan their actions against the males.
it wasn't always like this, will it stay the same?
